Shift: 3rd 10pm-6am

Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for identifying defects and inconsistencies is crucial. 
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding materials, equipment, and processes specific to industry is often required. 
• Proficiency with Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with measuring tools, testing equipment, and relevant software for documentation. 
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicating findings to production teams and management. 
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Analyzing quality issues and collaborating on solutions. 
• Knowledge of Quality Control Standards: Understanding of industry-specific quality control standards and testing techniques. 
• Experience: Prior experience as a quality inspector or in a related role is often preferred. 

Must have at least 1yr experience and be bilingual (English & Spanish).

 Training in the morning for 1 week then to schedule shift.

2nd Shift 2pm-10pm

3rd shift 10:00pm-7:00 am

* Must have minimum 1yr experience and forklift license (Osha) 

* Must be able to work overtime.  

* Fast paced environment. 

Plus, other duties.

*Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

 *Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operations needed to fabricate products.

Ability to:

-Read, understand, and use blueprints, drawings, and models to machine precision parts.

-Read, understand, and use a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer effectively. 

-Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometer, or vernier calipers.

-Measure, examine, or test completed unit to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometer.  

            Northeast

Schedule:

Mon-Fri: 3rd Shift 10pm-7am

Training:

·         1^st shift for 2 weeks

·         2^nd shift for 2 weeks

·         3^rd shift for 2 weeks and after will be on original schedule of 3^rd shift

Job Duties:

• Prepare and verify shipping paperwork
• Program all local and outbound loads accurately
• Coordinate carrier check-in and communication
• Ensure photos are taken and uploaded for every load going outbound and sheet loads
• Address all issues on the spot and escalate them immediately if personnel are not complying.
• Reply in a timely manner to emails that pertain to our operation
• Assist in loading and inventory processes (Forklift Certified Preferred)
• Dispatch and track local delivery drivers
• MS Office/ Email & Excel Experience
